What a wonderful Parish day! A day to be remembered.
We sang, danced, celebrated, played and ate together.
The Parish celebrated its first Big Get Together “BGT” on Sunday 26th June. The sun shone down on a very special, joyous, outdoor Mass in the St. Theresa’s School Playground. It was great to see so many people from all three churches coming together; there was a wonderful community feel as we celebrated a lively and joyous Mass.
After Mass we all shared our picnics, the ice cream van came, there were games & singing, barefoot nuns playing football and Fr. Emmanuel spoke to us from Nigeria via skype!
Huge, huge thanks to the army of helpers which made this a great success.
