3. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING - agreed.
4. MATTERS ARISING NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA - None

5. REVIEW OF PRESENT MEMBERSHIP OF SJHN PPC / PROPOSED PLAN OF RECRUITMENT OF PARISH MEMBERS TO SJHN PPC
- relates to the term of office. Who is to step down. The term is 3 years and if re-elected for a further 3 years but must step down then.
Ben suggest this is an opportunity to refresh the PPC.
Bulletin notice thanking all present members on the PPC and invite parishioners to come forward and form a new PPC. If more members come forward, then we will have to have elections for each church representatives.
Decide on what skills are needed for a PPC and look for these skills within parishioners.
Majority of the PPC members wish to step down due to the length of time they have served the parish.
Need to speak with those who are not present at the meeting tonight.
Via the bulletin a notice inviting those who are interested in being a member of the PPC.
They can approach any current members of the PPC for details of what a member involves.
Anyone interested must send to the parish office an email or a letter giving their name and interest and what they can bring to the PPC.
Approach the school staff or parents for members.

6. SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM PREPARATION - PW approach several people to help with the preparation of baptism. A lot not responded so PW to follow up.

7. PREPARATIONS OF THE FIRST SACRAMENTS - Confirmation completed 4 weeks preparation and are now on a break due to Christmas. Resumes in January before Confirmation takes place in the parish in February.

8. RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS - Several people who wish to get married in the parish but need baptism and receive the other sacrament. PW dealing with this. Carol offered to help but it would have to be during the day.

9. PARISH JUSTICE & PEACE GROUP REPRESENTATIVES - Various groups linked to J&P. Ben contacted Joe Burn for advice. We should follow 1 initiative first and this will bring the other groups out. Thanks to Joe. Ben to take this forward.

10. CHILDREN'S LITURGY AT SUNDAY PARISH MASS - ST weekly CC monthly SG not happening.

11. FAMILY MASS THEME AND PARTICIPATION AT SUNDAY MASS - child centred Masses starting in January.

12. ANY OTHER BUSINESS - None

13. DATE OF NEXT MEETING 24th January 2023 to focus on the new PPC
