  1. Ben (Chair) opened the meeting with a prayer.

  2. Apologies from, Sr. Nora (Retreat), Sharon Smith

  3. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING agreed.

  4. MATTERS ARISING NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA nothing arising.
    Point 6: Justice & Peace in the Diocese. Ben has contacted Joe Burn and will follow up for the next meeting.

  5. PREPARATIONS OF THE FIRST SACRAMENTS
    First Reconciliation - completed.
    First Holy Communion There will be 3 celebration Masses in the parish in June 12th ST - 19 th CC - 26th ST June at 1pm. Preparation of the children and parents started week commenced 2nd May and will last for 4 weeks.
    RCIA: completed at the Eater Vigil. Those received into church are coming to Mass and being welcomed at our 3 churches.
    There is a late starter to be received into church and Fr Pat will request permission for this person to be received into the church at Pentecost.

  6. AID TO THE CHURCH IN NEED
    Fr Pat & Fr Darren had a meeting with the representative of ACN and since then Fr Pat has spoken with this person and a parish meeting has been arranged for Friday 21st June at 7pm.
    Catholic Care & CAFOD are looking for representatives in the parish.

  7. CHILDREN'S LITURGY AT SUNDAY PARISH MASS
    St Theresa's most Sunday's - Corpus Christi 1st Sunday of the month - St Gregory's no children at Mass.
    St Gregory's coffee morning started 8th May which had 6 children present.

  8. FAMILY MASS THEME AND PARTICIPATION AT SUNDAY MASS
    Family Mass to invite parents and children to participation in a Family participation Mass once a month at one of our 3 churches. Then rotate the Mass across our 3 churches. i.e. possibly ST then SG then CC
    Every Mass is a family Mass together but 1 in each of the church at 9am SG - 10.15am ST - 10.30am CC
    Arrange a Mass on 18th September - 16th October - 20th November.
    Team to prepare the Masses of children's liturgy - catechists - and anyone interested in helping. Notice in the bulletin requesting help.
    School to bring choir to sing at the Mass.
    When this is established then this can lead on to other things.
    Mass needs to be in English not Latin and should last no more than 45 minutes.
    Introduce technology into the Mass (Broken Halos)

  9. PARISH TO MISSION UPDATE & PHASE 2 - meeting Friday 27th May 7pm.
    Phase 1 has been published and made available in the church porch and also in the recent parish magazine.
    Phase 1 has been present to the Bishop and he has taken this to Rome.
    At the meeting on the 27 th May there will be 3 questions discussed and then fed by to the Diocese and Bishop Marcus before sending onto Rome.
    It's hoped the PPC members will be at the meeting.

  10. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
    PPC Holy Hour followed by Social - Tuesday 28th June at 7pm - 8pm the social in St Theresa's presbytery after.
    Brendon Booth - Diocese to be approached about what we can do to help as we have not had anyone to help at St Theresa's on a Sunday at 10.15am Mass.
    Corpus Christi Tea & Coffee - to restart on 29th May in the small chapel.
