Blessed John Henry Newman Special Celebration Parish Mass, led by the Young People of the Parish will be held at St Theresa’s Primary School, Barwick Rd.

Date for your Diary – Sunday 26 June 2016 12:00 Midday.

This Special Parish Celebratory Mass led by our Young People is for everyone to come together and celebrate as one Parish. The Mass will be followed by a social event (details being planned).

We want this to be a wonderful Parish celebration, led by our Young People and Children, but to make this happen we need help from everyone in the Parish, young and “not so young”. We want to hear your ideas on what would make the Mass and social a great success, an event that will be full of energy excitement and joy. Building up to the event we would like everyone in the Parish to share ideas, get involved, help to prepare and work together. There is a lot to plan and do and we want everyone in the Parish to feel part of working together as one Parish to make this a great event.

To share more information and hear your ideas there will be short meetings after all Masses Sat 9th April / Sun 10th April, except 10:30 at Corpus Christi which will be on the 17th April. It would be great if everyone could come to these meetings to share ideas and work together on how we prepare.

Following these we would like as many people as possible from across the Parish (young & old) to meet at the Parish Family & Youth meeting on Tues 3 rd May 7:00 pm in the Newman Centre to plan and progress with the preparation.
