Brief History

The original Parish Website was set up in 2000 for the Parish of St. Theresa's, and has been supporting the Parish right up until the new website www.newmanparish.org.uk took over in 2012.

The original site was host to over 320 pages by the time it was mothballed, and we hope the new site will grow and support the Parish in much the same way.

Recent Work

Last year saw the creation of the Parish web team, a small group of volunteers who are responsible for updating the website as and when new information is submitted to us. Over the last 12 months we have been keeping the website up to date with the latest news, events and information from the bulletin.

We have supported the Parish Mission, with a dedicated section of the website specifically grouping together documents, news and events related to the purpose of the Mission.

In co-operation with Hannah Zafar we have set up the Youth Ministry page and provided Hannah with training and support so she can keep this page up to date and relevant to the ministry.

Future Plans

We very much would welcome other groups in the Parish taking control of their own sections of the website, for this we can offer full support, training, or simply a contact who can do any and all updates for you.

Any group or organisation in the Parish can be provided with an @newmanparish.org.uk email address.
