Judge Not.

Two friends who had worked for many years for the same company found that they had both applied for office jobs with a rival firm, who was offering better pay and conditions than their present employer. They both received letters inviting them to attend for an interview on the same day with their prospective employer.
The first man met with the office manager for his interview and during the course of the interview he was asked if there were any questions he would like to ask about the company. He replied, “I would like to know what are the people who work here, really like?” The manager asked him, “What are your colleagues like in your present job?” “Oh,” said the man they’re a grand bunch, very friendly and fully supportive and in many ways I will be sorry to leave them.” The manager smiled and replied. “I’m sure that you will find that the people, who work in this office, are very much the same and I am pleased to say I would like to offer you a position with our company.”
The second man attended for his interview and during the course of the interview the office manager asked him, “What are your colleagues like in your present job?” The man replied, “Frankly, I found them to be a selfish bunch, who complained a lot and never gave you any support in anything you did, I can’t understand why I stayed there for so long – I can’t wait to
leave the place” The manager looked at him and said, “If you were to be successful in your application, I’m sure you would find that the people who work here are very much the same. Thank you for coming, we will be in touch in a few days.”
“Judge not and you will not be judged, condemn not and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven."
