World Mission Sunday 20th October.

There will be a second collection as laid down by the Diocese for World Missions over weekend 19th /20th October. To enable your donation to be gift aided please pick up one of the special envelopes in the church porch.

Please pray for prisoners and their families. There is no second collection but if you wish to support the Prison Advise & Care Trust there are a few envelops in the church porch. Please send these direct to the address on the envelope.

SHORT TALK ON NEMWAN: Following the Leeds Newman Festival and Bl. John Henry's Canonisation, Prof. George Herring (parishioner of St. Wilfrid's Ripon, whose academic specialism is the Oxford Movement) will give a talk entitled "Newman: Saint for the 21st Century" at St Robert's Parish Centre, Harrogate on 17th October, beginning at 7.30pm.
