Confirmation Preparation Reminder that the preparations for Confirmations continuous as follows:
Friday 11th January & Saturday 12th January in the Newman Centre
Monday 14th January in Corpus Christi & St Theresa's school.
All at the usual times.
Mass Intentions: There are a lot of Mass intentions outstanding that have been requested to be said at St Theresa's. To clear the backlog it will be necessary to have some of these intentions said at either of our other churches of our Parish.
Short courses at Hinsley Hall (starting 26th February). In February & March 2019 there will be three short courses on Tuesday evenings at Hinsley Hall. There is a choice of Catholic Social Teaching, Lay Chaplaincy in Schools or Liturgy.
Short courses at Hinsley Hall (starting 7th May). In May & June 2019 there will be another group of short courses offered. The choice this time will be Catholic Schools and Religious Education, Family Life Ministry or Youth Ministry.

Volunteer listeners needed. If you have can spare an hour or so each week - perhaps every few weeks - you might like to join our team of our Time to Talk listeners. We offer a sympathetic ear to those who are lonely, anxious depressed or need to talk about something. Our confidential one-to-one
sessions are by appointment only and are usually held on Tuesday mornings, Tuesday evenings and Friday afternoons. If you'd like to find out more or think you might like to help, call Adrian on 07817388332 for more information.

Library in St Theresa's quiet room: You may have seen the new bookcase in the quiet room with many books which can be borrowed and return at your leisure. Please use this at any time.
Overflow Carpark for St Theresa's Church: Reminder access via Well Garth to the back of the Newman Centre is open from 7.45am - 12.30pm on a Sunday.

CORPUS CHRISTI CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMISSION 2020-2021 CONSULTATION Parent/carers/parishioners are encouraged to review the proposed changes to the school's draft Admissions Policy (the Diocesan policy) for the academic year 2020-2021. All details can be found on the school website www.corpusprimaryleeds.org The consultation period will last for a total of 6 weeks, commencing Monday 26th November 2018 and ending Monday 7th January 2019.

CATECHISTS' MEETING: Sat 9th March, Hinsley Hall, 10am-1pm: The Diocese invites all catechists and those involved in faith formation to a meeting at Hinsley Hall. There will be a chance to meet fellow catechists, to share best practice, and to meet the new Co-ordinators for Catechesis (Gregory Stacey and Kieran Hughes). There will be a particular focus on the opportunities presented by "family catechesis" and the ways in which the Diocese is developing ways to support catechists in their work.
